This grinding speed may be used on all one-eigth (1/8) inch solid carbide tools up to four inches in overall length.

20,000 to 25,000 RPM Maximum

This grinding speed may be used on all tools with one-quarter (1/4) inch and three-eighths (3/8) inch steel shanks up to a length of four inches.

18,000 RPM Maximum

12,000 RPM Maximum

IMPORTANT WARNING!

Proper safeguards must be exercised at all times including safety glasses, face shields, and machine guards.
Shorter shank lengths can be run effectively at slower grinding speeds. Long and flexible shank tools should not be run at faster speeds. Running tools at speeds higher than suggested above may result in equipment failure and personal injury, including loss of life. Please exercise caution when working with these tools.
